Police Officer Filed Complaint Against Kuwaiti Who Allegedly Spit On Him

A police officer filed a complaint against a Kuwaiti who allegedly spit on him, broke his finger and beat him for issuing a traffic citation in Salam.

The officer noticed the citizen who was driving a US-made vehicle as he was driving recklessly so he stopped him for issuance of traffic citation. When the officer requested for his identification card, the citizen fled but the police chased him and requested for backup until they reached his house in Salam where he assaulted the officer.

A case was registered and investigations are ongoing.
