Police Clearence Certificates Are Forged By Some Indian Domestic Workers In Kuwait
Some expatriates are suspected of faking police clearance certificates. The fake certificate is said to have been created by Indian expats who moved to Kuwait. Mubarak al-Hajraf, a Kuwaiti legislator, has urged Foreign Minister Sheikh Ahmed Nasser al-Mohammed to react to the claims. For domestic work, several workers were brought in from India. Sponsors are in charge of appointing people. It was discovered that these workers' police clearance certificates were faked when they asked to renew their work licenses. The information was allegedly received from the authorities. The Kuwaiti Embassy in India is said to have sealed the fake certificates.
The Member of Parliament has inquired as to whether the Kuwaiti Ministry of Foreign Affairs has been told that the Kuwaiti Embassy in India's seals have been lost. He demanded to know how many seals had been stolen and what action had been done. The Member of Parliament has requested that the Ministry of External Affairs investigate whether similar instances have occurred in other nations.
