Photographing Accidents Involving Dead Bodies Is Punishable; Moi Summons Photographer
According to the Ministry of Interior, filming accident scenes with dead bodies is punishable by law because it violates the dignity of people and the sanctity of the dead.
In response to a video clip posted on social media of a traffic accident on the Third Ring Road, the Ministry summoned the person who filmed it.
It is imperative that people abide by public morals and preserve people's dignity by not circulating and publishing such clips.
