Philippines Overseas Labor Office Appointed A New Labor Attache In Kuwait

Philippines Overseas Labor office appointed a new Labor Attaché in Kuwait Atty. Alejandro Padaen. The New Labor Attaché was recently posted in Jeddah and Al Khobar in Saudi Arabia prior to assuming his new position in Kuwait. Padaen was in charge of the labor department in Saudi Arabia, where he was responsible for mass repatriation of a large number of illegal and undocumented Filipinos in Saudi Arabia.

One of his many projects was the reemployment of undocumented Filipinos to Aba International, Abdulatif Jameel (Komatsu), Arabian Entertainment, Hill Metals Est., Marriot Hotel, Mesdaaq Furniture, NCT, Pinehill Arabia (Indomie) and Woodroc. These four companies participated in the jobs fair held at the premises of the Philippine Consulate General (PCG). He was admitted to the Philippine bar on 4 June, 1992.
