Pcr Test Is Required By Some Countries; Pcr + Quarantine Is Required By Others; 45 Don't Require Nothing
Kuwait will no longer allow foreigners to enter its borders without a current vaccination certificate. Kuwaitis however are not subject to this rule, who can enter Kuwait without a vaccination certificate and travel and return to Kuwait.
Al-Rai has prepared special statistics that show citizens who haven't received the anti-Coronavirus vaccine or have received just one dose have not been immunized, but can still travel to 45 countries.
Kuwaiti sources indicate that most of these countries require only a negative PCR test before entry while some others require PCR testing as well as mandatory quarantine. The third category allows foreigners access without conditions.
In a circular, the General Administration of Civil Aviation, addressing all airlines operating at Kuwait International Airport, announced that non-citizens are not allowed entry.
It is noted that according to the health officials, "all passengers may leave without any special health requirements associated with the Corona virus, provided that the entry requirements for the country to which they are travelling have been met."
Even though Kuwaitis who have been vaccinated against the Corona virus are allowed to enter, they must submit a negative PCR test certificate. Prior to taking the flight, the PCR test should be performed within 72 hours.
