Pay 40,000 Kd To Investor

The Administrative Court, headed by Judge Ahmad Al-Habib, instructed a company to pay KD 40,000 to an investor who leased his truck but the company failed to adhere to the contract.

 

Lawyer for the investor, Attorney Abdul Aziz Al-Rukheimi told the court that the company rented his client’s truck on an annual contract renewable as per the terms and conditions agreed by the two parties.

 

However, the company failed to abide by its side of the contract as it refused to pay the investor and to return the truck in good condition as it was delivered to them.

 

The investor did not receive any payment from the company since the contract was signed, the lawyer narrated.

 

The court then appointed an expert to evaluate the entire contract and ordered the company to pay KD 40,000 to the investor based on this evaluation.
