Part Completes 95% Of Seven Ring Road Work

According to the Public Authority for Roadways and Land Transport, 95 percent of the Seventh Ring Road's roads and intersections have been built, completed, and maintained. The project is scheduled to be completed by the end of the year.

According to sources speaking to a local Arabic daily, the authority is close to completing development work on the Seventh Ring Route, which comprises the development of a 21.8-kilometer road connecting Fahaheel and Kabd, as well as seven crossroads serving the surrounding neighborhoods.

 The project is part of a regional road network that connects Fahaheel Road to Al-Salmi Road, and work is underway to expedite its completion and handover.

According to the sources, the road was constructed with six lanes in each direction, plus an additional lane for future extension, as well as truck parking and pedestrian bridges to serve the people who live in the surrounding neighborhoods.
