Pam Has Adopted A Budget Of Kd 560 Million For Fiscal 2017-2018
The Public Authority for Manpower (PAM) has adopted a budget of KD 560 million for fiscal 2017/2018, reports Al-Shahid daily quoting sources. Sources affirmed the authority has submitted its projects according to the above-mentioned budget to the Ministry of Finance for approval, indicating the budget includes employment support after the integration of the authority with the Manpower and Government Restructuring Program (MGRP).
;Assistant Secretary General and Head of the Political Office of Democratic Platform Ali Al-Awadi has affirmed that it is proper and significant for MPs to use their constitutional tools to uncover flaws and irregularities in the government which, in turn, must shoulder its responsibilities, reports Al-Qabas daily. Speaking to the daily, Al-Awadi stressed the need for the government and National Assembly to contextualize the speech of HH the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah at the opening of the legislature recently and open new windows for cooperation in the midst of worrisome developments in the regional arena.
