Pakistani Student Allegedly Beaten To Death By Teacher, Angry Classmates Set The School On Fire

In what can only be described as cruel and inhuman, a class X student from Pakistan, Hafiz Hunain Bilal, was allegedly tortured to death by his school teacher, Kamran, for failing to memorise a lesson.

His angry classmates are said to have then set the school on fire on Saturday, local media reports.

The incident took place in the morning after Bilal's the aggrieved classmates entered the school carrying petrol bottle. They are reported to have then set fire to two rooms of the school building. Some students were arrested by the police after the fire was brought under control. 

The incident took place in American Lycetuff School in Lahore’s Gulshan-e-Ravi area and the teacher who beat up the student to death has been arrested. As the news spread, the cousin of the deceased, took the incident to Twitter and slammed the teacher and stood in solidarity with Bilal’s family. Her tweet continued in threads.
