Pahw Has Earmarked Kd 1 Billion To Develop The Jleeb Al-shuyoukh Area

The Public Authority for Housing Welfare (PAHW) said the Council of Ministers has earmarked KD 1 billion to develop the Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh area, reports Al-Qabas daily. The daily added, those benefitting will be areas adjacent to the Kuwait International Airport.

The sources added, PAHW is currently exerting tremendous efforts to end the plight of the home applicants because according to sources 6,000 housing applications are pending since 2000. The sources added the Cabinet has carried out extensive studies on the area and recommended to evacuate the area gradually after putting in place a scheme.
