In order to complete their biometric scan procedures before traveling, citizens and residents can now book an appointment on the Ministry of Interior's website https://meta.e.gov.kw/En/.
For citizens and residents who wish to complete a biometric scan before traveling, the General Department of Criminal Evidence has allocated four centers in Jahra, Ali Sabah Al-Salem, Farwaniya and West Mishref. These centers will be open daily for 24 hours. New centers will be opened soon at different locations, sources said.

All travelers will be allowed to leave the country without completing the biometric procedures, which are currently restricted to arrival passengers.
