No To Gatherings – Eye On Weddings

The Directorate- General of Public Relations and Security Media Department of the Interior Ministry (MoI) stated that it is part of the efforts of all MoI sectors to prevent gatherings of all kinds, private and public, and to confront them in implementation of the decisions issued by the health authorities and the Council of Ministers to limit the spread of the coronavirus in the country, reports Al-Anba daily.

The Ministry, through its follow-up to prevent the holding of gatherings in all parts of the country, dealt with a number of wedding and gathering invitations that violate the decisions of the health authorities in the country.

The Ministry of Interior calls on citizens and expatriates to abide by the instructions of the health ministries and decisions issued by the Council of Ministers. It is noteworthy that the procedures have been taken in implementation of Law No. 64 of 2020 issued by the Ministry of Health, which prohibits holding parties, including wedding parties and others, whether they are held in a public or in private places for nonfamily members and to prevent receptions or gatherings in public or private diwaniyas.
