No Renewal Of Work Permit For Expats Above 60 From Next Sunday

Public Authority for Manpower PAM will start implementing the decision to stop the renewal of work permits for expatriates who have exceeded 60 years of age and have only secondary certificates and below form next Monday.

Local media quoting sources reported that there will not be an exception for any category, and the decision will be implemented strictly.

Any expatriates who are above 60 and without university degree must leave the country after their work permit expired. If eligible, they can be transferred to a dependent visa under their children.
