Nk Ramachandra Menon, An Indian Living In Kuwait, Receives The Prestigious Uae Golden Visa

Indian based in Kuwait and chairman of Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan-Middle East Shri N K Ramachandra Menon has been awarded the UAE Golden Visa.

A new system called the Golden Visa was introduced by the UAE government in 2019 to enable investors and entrepreneurs as well as professionals and specialized talents to apply. Foreigners will be able to live in UAE without any sponsorship and own 100% of their businesses here.

Since 1969, Mr. Ramachandran Menon has been living in Kuwait as a banker with the National Bank of Kuwait and Gulf Bank. Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan in the Middle East was first conceived in Kuwait in 2000, and its first school was started there in 2006, Indian Educational School (IES - Bhavans Kuwait).

Further, he expanded the Bhavans Middle East to other countries and founded Bhavans Pearl Wisdom School (BPWS) in Al Ain in April 2019, Bhavans Pearl Wisdom School (PWS) in Dubai in April 2020, and Al Saad Indian School in Al Ain in September 2013.

Khan, Sanjay Dutt, Suniel Shetty, Mammootty, Mohanlal, Kajal Aggarwal, Mohanlal and Sunil Shetty have all been granted the Golden Visa by Dubai. This Golden Visa is probably the first Golden Visa granted to an Indian settled in Kuwait by the UAE government.
