New Branch Of Vegetable Market To Be Opened In Jabriya Association

The Minister of Social Affairs and Minister of State for Economic Affairs Maryam Al-Aqil announced that, in the context of the Ministry of Social Affairs’s keenness to pay attention to the cooperation sector and cooperative societies in order to provide the best services to citizens and residents and provide all other food and consumer goods in various regions of the country, a new branch has been opened for the Central Market of the Jabriya Cooperative Society In plot No. 7, in addition to opening a branch of vegetables in the same area.

Minister Al-Aqil praised in a press statement in this regard the efforts of the cooperative societies work team headed by the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Affairs and the relevant authorities represented in this team such as the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Trade and the Union of Cooperative Associations as well as the efforts of the Kuwait Municipality and the efforts of the cooperation sector in the Ministry of Affairs and all its employees, noting that coordination between The concerned authorities led to the rapid opening of such branches needed by the Jabriya region, which is characterized by its high population density, especially in light of these exceptional circumstances the country is going through, praising at the same time the efforts of the cooperative sector in the Ministry and the efforts of its employees and the appointed director of the Jabriya Association and the executive management working with him to speed Coordination with the concerned authorities to accomplish this work.

Al-Aqeel stressed that the state relies a lot on the large role that cooperative societies play, whether this role is in normal circumstances or in the exceptional circumstances that the country is exposed to and the whole world is exposed to, noting that the cooperative sector always proves its worth and its ability to confront crises and achieve expected successes from it continuously.
