Nepali Maid Attempted Suicide

An unidentified Nepalese housemaid, working for an officer, has been admitted to the Jahra Hospital following a void attempt to hang herself to death with the help of rope made of cloth, reports Al-Anba daily. According to security sources, the sponsor saw one end of the rope around the maid’s neck and cut it in time. It has been reported the maid’s condition is still unstable and police are investigating why the maid wanted to end her life.
