Nbk Working Hours In Ramadan 2020 10 Am To 1 Pm

1. Given the most recent decision issued by the Council of Ministers regarding the suspension of work at all ministries and state institutions, all NBK departments and branches shall be closed until Thursday 28 May 2020, with the exception of the following branches which will be open to serve the customers during the month of Ramadan from 10:00am until 1:00pm:

Abdullah Al Ahmad (previously Head Office), Cinema Salmiya, Ahmed Al Jaber, Sabah Al Salem, Al Andalus, Ahmadi, Hawalli, Saad Al Abdullah, Mishref *, Kaifan*, Surra*, Mubarak Al Kabeer*, Al Rehab*, Hadiya*, Al Daiya*, Shamiya*, and Al Salam Mall.

NBK will continue providing its banking services via ITM Service at the T4 Airport Branch (10:00am - 3:00pm), in addition to its electronic channels 24/7: NBK Mobile Banking, NBK Online Banking, nbk.com, NBK Contact Center and NBK WhatsApp on 1801801 and NBK’s social media channels.

2. In our aim to deliver your NBK Credit or Debit Card to your home while taking precautionary measures to ensure your safety, our courier service provider follows strict standards of hygiene and safety, from wearing a medical mask and gloves, to leaving a safe distance with you when delivering the envelope. To further protect yourself, we recommend you follow these steps:
 - Wear gloves when receiving the envelope
 - Use your own pen when asked to sign any documents at delivery
 - Open the envelope and then sterilize the card
 - Wash your hands

 Afterwards, call NBK Contact Center at 1801801 to activate your new card.

 

3.  Head Office, Cinema Al Salmiya, Al Andalus, Ahmadi, Sabah Al Salem, Saad Al Abdullah, Ahmad Al Jaber, Hawalli, and Al Daiya (Available for individuals only, and not for Corporate Banking Customers). NBK will continue providing its banking services via ITM Service at the T4 Airport Branch (9:00am - 4:00pm), in addition to its electronic channels 24/7: NBK Mobile Banking, NBK Online Banking, nbk.com, NBK Contact Center and NBK WhatsApp on 1801801 and NBK’s social media channels.

4. In light of the current circumstances in Kuwait, please note that NBK will postpone the installments of consumer loans and credit cards for six months for all NBK Customers. All interests, and fees arising from this postponement will be waived.

 - Online payments for debit cards
 - ATM/CDM Transactions
