Nazaha Refers Municipality Employees To Prosecution

Kuwait Anti-Corruption Authority (Nazaha) announced Tuesday referring employees from Kuwait Municipality to the Public Prosecution for forging official documents.

Nazaha said it referred supervisors and other employees to the prosecutor as part of its crackdown on corruption and the corruption in line with Law No. 2 (2016), the authority said in a statement. It did not elaborate on the specific nature of documents nor the identity of those referred.

Nazaha commended people who report any corruption-related issues and reasserted it was providing full protection and confidentiality for the informants.
