Nasser Al-otaibi Calls On Airlines To Provide Discounts On Travel Tickets

The treasurer of the National Union of Kuwaiti Students, the Arab Republic of Egypt branch, d. Nasser Al-Otaibi, airlines, need to provide discounts on travel tickets for Kuwaiti students studying in Egyptian universities, noting that the prices of airline tickets exceeded 450 Kuwaiti dinars.

Al-Otaibi indicated in a press statement to Al-Jarida that the prices of return tickets or travel via a direct flight between Kuwait and Egypt have become imaginary and burden the students, pointing out that most of the students in Egyptian universities study at their own expense and are not on scholarships through the plan of affiliated foreign missions. For the Ministry of Higher Education, why not provide discounts to facilitate their movement and travel without financial obstacles, especially that the financial reward is 200 Kuwaiti dinars.

Al-Otaibi appealed to the Council of Ministers or the Civil Aviation Administration to overcome the difficulties and demand the airlines to cooperate with the students and provide them with discounts while traveling between Kuwait and Egypt, pointing out that these prices are for one travel destination without exaggeration, and need to be reconsidered again, indicating that the study in Egyptian universities are in attendance and not online, as the matter requires travel, and he hopes that there will be a serious pause to help students as soon as possible and to provide discounts that contribute to solving these financial obstacles.
