Mpw Dealt With 2,944 Road And Network Repairs Complaints Last Month

The Ministry of Public Works announced it dealt with 2,944 complaints related to road and network repairs last September, out of which 2,761 complaints have been solved and 183 are being looked into.

The ministry said in a press statement, Sunday, it is opening files in the electronic automated system to follow up on complaints and communications that fall within its competencies and transfer them immediately to the emergency teams.

The Al-Qabas daily, quoting ministry sources, affirmed the employees’ keenness to respond immediately to all complaints the ministry receives from citizens and residents around the clock – the complaints that are received on the hotline 150 or via the WhatsApp emergency 93333150 of the works department.
