Mother And Baby Die After Inhaling Blaze Smoke In Al-salmiya

An Asian mother and her baby died, when fire gutted her flat in the 8th floor of a residential building in the Al-Salmiya district.

A source from the civil defence said that they died due to the inhalation of thick smoke in the flat.

The firemen evacuated the whole building and put out the blaze before it spread to other flats. The police and forensic experts launched an inquiry to investigate the cause of the blaze.
