Moj Is Contemplating On Changing The Job Title Of Sentence Declaration Representative To Sentence Declaration Delegate

Ministry of Justice is contemplating on changing the job title of Sentence Declaration Representative to Sentence Declaration Delegate, reports Al-Rai daily.

The step follows a meeting of the supervisors and heads of departments at Sentences Declaration Sector of the courts with the Minister of Justice and State Minister for the National Assembly Affairs Dr Faleh Al-Azab. Assistant Undersecretary for Administrative Development and Media Affairs Department Derar Soud Al-Sabah in a letter, which Al-Rai daily obtained a copy, stated the ministry’s intention to change the job title from Sentence Declaration Representative to Sentence Declaration Delegate to suit the mission while averting social stigma associated with the job.

The letter called on different departments of the ministry to contribute suggestions and opinions for the technical office of legal affairs sector to explore.
