Moi Working Hard To Serve All Visitors At Passport Office
Assistant Undersecretary for Citizenship and Passport Affairs Major General Sheikh Faisal Al-Nawaf praised the efforts exerted by the employees of the department, stressing that everyone works to serve citizens and enforce the law, reports Al-Qabas daily.
Major General Sheikh Faisal said this during a tour of the building of General Directorate of Citizenship and Passports Affairs. He praised Assistant Undersecretary for Training and Development Affairs Major Gen Sheikh Mazen Al-Jarrah who exerted great efforts during his tenure in the sector.
Major General Sheikh Faisal issued instructions that the directorate should be capable of receiving a huge number of citizens, completing transactions as quickly as possible and reducing congestions in all departments.
He affirmed that the leadership of Ministry of Interior is working hard to serve all visitors under the guidance and directives of Deputy Premier and Minister of Interior Sheikh Khaled Al-Jarrah and Undersecretary of Ministry of Interior Lieutenant General Essam Al-Naham.
Major General Sheikh Faisal called on the directors of the sector to expedite the processing and delivery of electronic passports, stressing that the priority should be given to the elderly, patients requiring overseas treatment, those going on academic missions, and people with special needs. He listened to the complaints of visitors and the problems they face, urging the directors to open the doors to their offices for all visitors.
