Ministry of Interior has fired an employee of one of its security sectors after he was seen in a video that went viral on social media behaving immorally with girls during a party held at a livestock pen in Kabad area, says Al-Seyassah.

According to security sources, the employee is a military officer of the rank of Sergeant Major, and after the video went viral, he was summoned for investigations. During investigations, he confessed to his participation in the party, insisting that the video was taken and circulated on social media without his knowledge. He explained that the party was private and his intention was not to spoil the image of securitymen or officers of the Ministry of Interior.

The sources affirmed that this incident is not the first for the ministry, as it has fired many of its employees over videos that went viral on social media. They stressed that the ministry will take action against any individual who spoils the reputation of securitymen via videos circulated on social media, adding that the ministry bans its employees from appearing in such videos and uploading them on social media
