MOI Officer Insulted By Young Kuwaiti

Disrespecting the men in uniform seems to continue unabated and in the latest case a young Kuwaiti has been detained at the Salhiya Police Station for insulting the security men when he threatened one of the officers of the Ministry of Interior to cause him harm, reports Al-Anba daily.

The suspect was reportedly caught driving in reverse and when the officer stopped him and ordered him to get into the police vehicle, the latter reportedly said, ‘When you wear the uniform you think you are men of God’.

However, when he was taken to the police station, he alleged denied the accusation but the officer did not give up his statement.
