Moi Has Warned Citizens And Residents Against Responding To Calls From Arab Cheats
The Cyber Crime Department of the Ministry of Interior has warned citizens and residents against responding to calls from Arab cheats, reports Al-Anba daily.
The daily added, the ministry said the suspects may be women or men, drawing people into malicious acts and then at a later stage will have to choose between paying huge sums of money or seeking police help.
The daily added, these cheats lure their victims into malicious acts and then photograph their victims by means of communication.
;A security source revealed a number of citizens have submitted to the Cybercrime Department that they have been subjected to extortion, pointing out these issues are very complex because they are trans-continental crimes, but there is coordination among various countries in the world to prosecute such people.
In another incident, the Deputy Prosecutor General has ordered officers at the Sulaibiya Police Station to register a case involving physical attack and abduction of a Bangladeshi man who went to deliver a housemaid in Sulaibiya area as a misdemeanor, reports Al-Anba daily.
The Bangladeshi man lodged a complaint with security operatives at the police station and said he went to a building in Sulaibiya area to deliver a housemaid when suddenly two descended on him
