Moi Equips Public Security Sector With 1,505 Cameras To Monitor Crime Scene

 In order to keep pace with development and modernization of the security system, the Ministry of Interior (MoI) has armed the public security sector with 728 advanced digital cameras in addition to the already 777 digital cameras that have been installed by the MoI to monitor how its affiliates deal with reports and to document what exactly happens between the security forces and the violators around the clock, reports Al-Anba daily.

The daily added, these cameras are equipped with audio and video features to record conversations. The ministry explained the total number of advanced digital cameras has reached 1,505 and are in used throughout the country, especially since the entry of these cameras into service is considered a leading technological shift in security work.
