Moh Plans To Vaccinate Children Soon

The Ministry of Health is planning to start vaccination of children between the ages of 12 and 15 years. MoH has started sending text messages to parents of those children who wish to get the vaccine, Al- Jarida reported.

The sources confirmed to the daily that parents of children wishing to register for the vaccine can register on the platform, especially since the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved the Pfizer vaccine for adolescents from 12 to 15 years old.

This step aims to protect children who suffer from health problems. The sources emphasized that according to the results of the third phase trials, the vaccine is safe and effective for use in children at this age.
