Moh Has Terminated The Service Of An Expat Nurse Of A Hospital Due To A Medical Error

Ministry of Health has terminated the service of an expatriate nurse of a hospital due to a medical error, reports Al-Anba daily.

Meanwhile, the ministry is currently working on listing the labor needs of various sectors of the ministry for medical and non-medical professionals of all required qualifications in order to start the project of the first chapter of the 2020/2021 fiscal year’s budget.

The ministry has instructed all its sectors to submit their labor requirements by August 2.

Meanwhile, health sources told the Al-Rai that there is no truth to what has been circulating in the social media that a serious disease is transmitted by bats through the dates and lead to the death of a person within 48 hours, reports Al- Rai daily.

The sources quoting the Saudi Ministry of Health responded to queries received through one of its electronic accounts for the disease referred to, and confirmed the incorrectness of what was said on the subject, and that there is no warning issued in this regard.

Sources pointed out, that such rumors are being repeated every year and called the ‘date bats’ disease is merely an illusion in the minds of the people.
