Moh Employee Gets 7 Years Jail For Fraud

The Court of Cassation upheld the verdict issued to imprison an employee in the Ministry of Health for seven years, confiscate forged papers, and pay a fine of KD 90,000 in salaries and financial benefits. According to the case files, the defendant was accused of forging high school certificates obtained from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which had enabled him to get employed in the Ministry of Health as a public employee from 2007 to May 2019. Throughout his years working in the ministry, he managed to illegally earn KD 30,000, as well as forge certificates from one of the colleges in Egypt, an act that was discovered during the evaluation of his certificates.
