Moh Confirms 55 New Coronavirus Cases Today - Total Cases To 1355
Kuwait Ministry of Health announced on Monday 55 new cases of infection with the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) were recorded over the past 24 hours bringing total number of people contaminated with the virus to 1355.
The ministry official spokesperson Dr. Abdullah Al-Sanad said in a statement that the new cases included 6 Kuwaiti citizens and others are expats.
29 cases are for Indian nationals while others include 5 Bangladeshi, 5 Egyptian, 4 Pakistani, 1 Nepali, 1 Iranian, 1 Chinese, 1 Afghani, 1 Philippine and a Lebanon residents.
Earlier, Ministry of health informed that 26 people were recovered today making total 176 recoveries in Kuwait.

= 1 Female Citizen (79yrs)
3 Cases related to travel:
= 2 Cases of Citizens related to travel to the United Kingdom.
= 1 Case of Citizen related to travel to France.
43 Cases in contact:
= 2 Cases of Citizens
= 26 Cases of Indian residents.
= 4 Cases of Bangladeshi residents.
= 3 Cases of Pakistani residents.
= 3 Cases of Egyptian residents.
= 1 Case of Nepali resident.
= 1 Case of Filipino resident.
= 1 Case of Iranian resident
= 1 Case of Chinese resident.
= 1 Case of Afghanian resident.
