Moh Adds The Name “astrazeneca” With “oxford” In Vaccination Certificate

The Ministry of Health has made an amendment to the vaccination certificates for the Oxford vaccine, adding “AstraZeneca” to the name of the vaccine, and any citizen or resident can extract the certificate again, from the vaccination platform, Arabic daily Al Qabas reported

An official source confirmed to Al-Qabas that everyone who has been vaccinated with the Oxford vaccine can refer to the same link and obtain the certificate again, as the ministry changed the name of the vaccination from Oxford only, to Oxford / AstraZeneca, indicating that “Oxford only” is not known as a vaccination in some countries. Which prompted the ministry to change it in the vaccination certificate

The MoH addition to the certificate comes after it was announced that the EU COVID Vaccination Passport would be issued to all those who have been fully vaccinated against the Coronavirus, with one of the four vaccines approved by the European Medicine Agency, which are:

Comirnaty (BioNTech, Pfizer)
Moderna
Vaxzevria (previously COVID-19 Vaccine AstraZeneca,Oxford)
Janssen (Johnson & Johnson)
