Mof Releases Tenders For Provision Of 11 Consultants

The Ministry of Finance recently released a tender for the provision of 11 consultants who will manage institutional resource systems, reports Al-Anba daily quoting reliable sources. Sources said the tender includes provision of the required manpower, as well as the completion, maintenance and operational works needed in accordance with the conditions stipulated in the contract documents.

Sources added this includes temporary or permanent works needed for the completion of procedures as per the technical principles. Sources revealed the ministry needs the following: one system operation consultant, three senior consultants to implement ERP systems and Oracle version R12.1.X, one accounting functions implementer, two senior consultant for planning and technical application, one junior consultant for systems implementation, and two senior consultant for systems implementation and enterprise resource planning, senior database coordinator, senior information and network security consultant, and one public sector financial accounting advisor.

The ministry will pay the total value of the contract monthly – at the end of each month, provided the contractor submits certified invoices and a memorandum from the Enterprise Resource Planning Systems Department affirming the regular attendance of the consultants, and that there is no negative comment regarding their work and no objection to the disbursement.
