Moe Provides Best Services For Kuwaitis - Official
The Ministry of Education is doing its best to provide the best services and develop education process for the sake of Kuwaiti students, a senior Kuwaiti official said on Tuesday.
The Ministry’s Undersecretary Dr Saud Al-Harbi made the statement, on behalf of Minister Dr Hamed Al-Azmi, during a speech in a festival on honoring outstanding Kuwaiti high school students that was organized by the Kuwait Foundation for the Advancement of Sciences (KFAS). KFAS’ annual honoring of the excellent Kuwaiti students reflects the attention paid by other bodies of the state, not only the ministry, to back education and students, Al-Harbi said.
It also points to coordination amongst institutions caring for education and knowledge, he added. The KFAS has a prominent role in supporting students, mainly the excellent ones, he said, hoping that the honoring would stimulate all students in the coming years. “We as teachers are pleased to reap what we sow. We are proud of progress and development,” he said. Meanwhile, KFAS Director General Adnan Shihab-Eldin said in a speech that the honoring comes in recognition of outstanding students, and refl ects the foundation’s continued eagerness to encourage the talented and support innovation.
