Minister Of Justice Inaugurates Jahra Courts Complex

Minister of Justice and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs Dr. Faleh Al-Azab and Head of the Supreme Judicial Council and Chief Judge of Cassation and Constitutional Court Yusuf Al-Mutawa inaugurated Sunday the Jahra Courts Complex.

Speaking to reporters on the sidelines of the opening ceremony, Al-Azab congratulated judges on the new premises. He thanked His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah for instructing the Amir Diwan to execute this project.

For his part, Al-Mutawa stressed that provision of new well-equipped premises for Jahra courts would help streamline their work. Achieving justice requires proper environment and legislations for judges, Al-Mutawa argued.

He noted that the new building would help achieve a quantum leap in the work of Jahra courts and would spare residents time and efforts. He also expressed gratitude for His Highness the Amir for his unlimited support to the judicial authority.
