Moi Grants January Grace Period For Amending Residency Visa Status

Arabic local newspaper alqabas reported that Interior Minister Sheikh Thamer Al-Ali issued a decision to extend the deadline for amending conditions for violators of the residency law, which expires on Thursday, until the end of next January 2021, within the framework of giving another opportunity to residency violators to amend their status and facilitate them.

The decision issued, of which “Al-Qabas” obtained a copy, stipulated that whoever did not amend his status among the violators during the new period, he will be subjected to the legally prescribed penalties, and he will not be authorized to reside, he will be deported from the country, and he will not be allowed to return to it again.
