Minister Decided To Retire Top Officer Over Airport Security Lapses

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Mohammad Al-Khalid Al-Hamad Al-Sabah has decided to refer the Director General of Kuwait International Airport, Major General Faisal Al-Saneen to retirement after a psychologically troubled woman managed to bypass airport security measures including all inspection and check points and reach a Qatari plane. The minister is dissatisfied about the repeated incidents related to intrusions including the incident of an Asian expatriate who managed to sneak into the plane of the Undersecretary of Ministry of Interior last year.
