Military Officer Accused Of Stealing Public Funds Extradited To Kuwait

A military officer accused of squandering public money has been extradited to Kuwait to face legal action.

The Ministry of Interior coordinated with the international police (Interpol) to track down the fugitive and arrest him to stand trial.

The ministry said in a statement that any misuse of public funds is punishable under the rule of law, vowing to pursue and bring to justice anybody involved in such nefarious practices.
