Mew Asks Banks To Help Consumers Pay Bills Online

The Ministry of Electricity, Water and Renewable Energy has requested that banks introduce a service to assist customers in paying past-due payments.

According to sources, the ministry justifies its request in this regard by stating that it wants to help its customers pay the due amount using the currently available electronic channels, such as websites, phone applications, and so on, in order to save time and effort for all parties involved, according to a local Arabic daily.
