01 November 2018 Crime News

A local food company has submitted a complaint to the concerned authorities against a businesswoman, whose identity has not been disclosed and who owns a famous hypermarket, for fraud and swindling the company, reports Al-Shahid daily quoting reliable sources.

In the complaint, the company disclosed that it has been supplying the hypermarket with various products for years but it decided to stop the supply due to irregular payments.

During negotiations on the payment, the woman assured the company that she will resume the payment and she even sent an email affirming that she began the payment accompanied by a letter requesting a local bank to transfer the amount due so the company supplied the commodities.

However, after supplying the commodities, the company discovered that the woman’s claim in the email was untrue so it took the necessary legal action to obtain its financial rights.
