List Of Car Sheds Approved By Municipal Council

The Municipal Council approved a draught amendment to the regulation of car sheds during its meeting on Monday, and the municipality made a number of changes, the most notable of which was the third item, which prohibits car sheds from being built "across the street" and eliminates the requirement of awning licensing in private housing.

 

The legislation stipulates that the canopy's height shall not exceed 4 meters and that the canopy's length and width in investment and commercial zones should be maintained open in proportion to the size of the house.

In its final item, the regulation specifies that non-licensed persons have one year to modify their status before the decision is published in the Official Gazette.
