Large Turnout To Register For Covid-19 Vaccine

While preparations and readiness continue in the exhibition hall designated for receiving citizens and expatriates who wish to take the COVID-19 vaccination, health sources revealed about a great turnout on the ministry’s website to register using the link the ministry released few days ago and set dates for those wishing to take COVID-19 vaccines as soon as they are approved and arrive in the country, reports Al-Qabas daily quoting informed sources.

They explained that such a turnout reflects the increased health awareness among a large segment of citizens and residents. This is especially after the Pfizer vaccine obtained the permission for emergency use, and the results and clinical trials that took place during the previous period on a large number of people proved its effectiveness and safety of use.

The preparation of sites for its storage, and other preparations are expected to be completed soon. The concerned teams will work in the coming days to install thermal examination devices and provide the necessary supplies of sterilizers and others, in addition to providing the hall with offices, rooms for medical staff and others.
