Kuwaitis And Expats Spent More Than Kd 10 Billion On Online Purchases

Al- Anba reports Kuwaitis and expats spent 10.16 billion dinars on online purchases in 2021, up from 6.05 billion dinars in 2020 - an increase of 4.1 billion dinars or 67.7% from last year's figures. From 5.57 billion dinars in 2020 to 9.43 billion dinars in 2021, online spending by Kuwaiti citizens and residents increased by 69%. Citizens and residents of Kuwait spent 243 million dinars more online in 2021 than they did in 2020 on purchases outside the country, worth 724.6 million dinars.
