23 October 2018 Crime News

Ministry of Interior has issued an arrest warrant against a Kuwaiti citizen who is accused of swindling an Asian country after agreeing to supply oil based on signed contract and receiving KD 200,000 as an initial payment, reports Al-Seyassah daily.

Counsel representing the company Lawyer Hawra Al-Habib clarified that the decision of Ministry of Interior was issued after the country lodged a complaint against the citizen who had signed the contract and then violated its terms. She said the company signed the contract with the defendant for the supply of oil from Kuwait, but after the initial payment was sent, they were shocked by the disappearance of the citizen. Lawyer Al-Habib said, “How did we reach the state of selling black gold?”, affirming that Ministry of Interior will spare no effort in dealing with this situation and arresting the suspect.
