Kuwaiti Twitter User Sentenced To Three Years In Jail For Defaming Saudi Arabia
Kuwaiti twitter user Abdulla Al Saleh was sentenced to three years in jail for defaming Saudi Arabia.
The man, who was found guilty and convicted in absentia, now faces 33 years in jail, according to Akhbaar24.
The fugitive was earlier convicted in four cases for defaming Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Bahrain.
He applied for asylum in the UK, announcing that he didn’t want to go back to Kuwait.
