Kuwaiti Teenager Shoots Asian Pedestrian On Foot

The Farwaniya police have arrested a Kuwaiti teenager for shooting an unidentified Asian in the foot while walking along a street in the area, reports Al-Anba daily. It took only 24 hours for the security authorities to arrest the suspect in possession of an air pressure gun. The juvenile has admitted to the charge and a case of negligence has been filed against the parents.
