Kuwaiti Sentenced To Death For Killing Father

A Kuwaiti national was sentenced to death for killing his own father in a heated argument last November, according to Al Anba.

The man stabbed his 45-year-old father with a knife at their home in the Al Waha neighbourhood, causing his death.

The criminal investigation officers arrested the son from a desert area in Al Ouyun and seized the knife he had thrown in a garbage bin.

The 22-year-old man then confessed to killing his father, claiming that he was under the influence of drugs.

The Criminal Court convicted him of murdering his father and sentenced him to death by hanging.
