Kuwaiti Juveniles Held For Reckless Driving Without Driving License

The General Traffic Department referred 11 Kuwaiti juveniles to the Traffic Prosecution, after they were arrested during the weekend for reckless driving and driving without a license. A security source told Al-Rai the juveniles were arrested from various governorates during the last weekend. The daily added, their vehicles have been impounded and hundreds of citations have been issued against several motorists. The source added, the juveniles endangered their lives and the lives of others – a behavior that is not tolerated, as some of them drive recklessly. Some of them were arrested and put behind bars before producing them before the Traffic Prosecution.
