Kuwaiti Has Stabbed His Wife 7 Times

An unidentified Kuwaiti has stabbed his wife seven times over a family dispute, reports Al-Rai daily. The daily without going into details said the wife who is in serious condition has been admitted to the intensive care unit of a hospital. The man has been detained for interrogation.

In another separate incident, an unidentified man has filed a complaint with the Hawalli police accusing his wife of beating him as a result of which he suffered cuts to the face, neck and hands. The wife has been summoned for interrogation to hear her side of the story.

Meanwhile, the Ahmadi police have arrested an unidentified Kuwaiti who was wanted by law in drug and theft cases, reports Al-Rai daily. The daily added, the suspect was initially arrested for reckless driving and endangering the lives of other road users. Following the arrest police discovered he was under the infl uence of drugs. Police also discovered that the car he was driving was reported stolen by a Kuwaiti.
