Kuwaiti Citizen Has Been Detained On Allegations Of Kidnapping Three Children

A Kuwaiti citizen who works in the Border Security Department has been detained on allegations of kidnapping three children and raping one of them in Abdullah Al-Mubarak area. According to security sources, the citizen pretended to be an officer from Criminal Investigations Department when he approached the children. They explained that the Criminal Investigations Department found traces of the crime in a bathroom,and is working on figuring out if the discovered traces match the DNA of the suspect and any of the victims. When questioned, the suspect confessed to the crime and revealed the details. According to the law, the suspect could be sentenced to death if convicted
